Living in your Right Mind
Whilst there is no magic silver bullet, there are many who would agree we all have the ability to heal (become whole) when we are in the right environment(s)++ together with following the right nutrition and in the right mind.
Right mind includes
a) living without desire and non attachment. Accepting that nothing is personal: it is what it is
b) there is no separation+ There are no boundaries in the mind (only the ones we make up and we don’t, therefore live in duality. Moreover life is an illusion anyway!
Worth remembering: if you and I witnessed an accident we would recount different experiences. I will see, hear, feel things differently to you, my perception of will be different. Going to prove we all live in our own little worlds!
1 Rising above and beyond current linear and system thinking. Free from all fear in free flowing thoughts and mindful action.
2. Living authentically. You can achieve this by searching for truth. Your personal truth which is found by looking into your own heart.
3 Always look for the edge. As you breathe out breathe to the furthest edge and then more. See your breath evaporate as a ripple on a lake and then more.
4 Connectivity and compassion through a free flowing heart + mind = unlimited peace and happiness. Heart and mind connectivity grows compassion, gratitude, care and appreciation opening the gateway to intention healing/prayer/ for self and others
5 Separate facts from overwhelming feelings. Be aware of the effect of duality on your mind, there is no either/or… black/white. Look for and/and in harmony and maintain detachment without overwhelming feelings.
It helps to see life from the greatest perspective: exercise your mind in flexibility. Allow your mind to soar to great heights expanding to the greatest vision, conversely zooming into the minutest of detail.
6 Change mindset: regularly examine your beliefs and values because they will colour your behaviour and thoughts. What is stifling you from being in free flowing thoughts and mindful action where intention will manifest?
For example, the linear perception of age : current system thinking puts people into boxes according to their age. However, it’s surely your choice whether you accept this notion. If you think you are old you will be!
A mindset change will have a positive and flowing ripple effect upon every single aspect of your life.

Every thing is conscious. Water is conscious, trees are conscious, flowers, every single thing. Dance with consciousness! Open yourself to happiness, joy and abundance.
8 Commitment to higher values Helping others, coming-into-unity with like minded and hearted fellow human beings to encourage support and share in the knowledge there is no separation.
We are all One established through connectivity and interconnection
In our fast paced world we often see things as linear.
We move to a then to b and c and so on.
But life isn’t like that. Life is like a game of snakes and ladders - up the ladder potter along for a while, and yes, you’ve guessed it, down a snake, a mighty long snake, resulting in repeating many of the same paths.
Similarly, you'll find one or more of these signposts become absorbed into your every day and you’ll latch onto them for a while. They ‘work quickly’ all is well.
However, you'll forget them, we all do, you might turn to them only in times of chaos or forget them completely in times of difficulty. Ironic really, because that’s the time of course when you will most need them! You’ll find yourself returning or rather remembering when all is calm in your outer world. Whatever the circumstance, rather than giving yourself a hard time simply accept all is what it is. It’s ok, you are walking your life path absorbing what you need to absorb and its absolutely perfect!
